Resolve Resolution
N-Methylcyclohexylamine CAS NO. 100-60-7 uses cyclohexylamine as raw material and is obtained by the reaction of cyclohexanone and methylamine. Immerse the aluminum sheet in methanol, add high mercury chloride, continue to soak for 2 hours, the temperature does not exceed 55 ℃, and remove the soaking liquid. Ethanol was added to the above activated aluminum sheet, and a mixture of methylamine and cyclohexanone was added dropwise with stirring, heated to reflux, and placed overnight. Add 10% sodium hydroxide solution to alkalize, extract twice with benzene, carry out distillation after washing with water, after recovering benzene, N-methylcyclohexylamine is distilled out. The yield is about 80%.
